Start Somewhere
92 weeks ago, when I was still clueless on this whole calligraphy and lettering stint, I bought a set of Prang Watercolor and started painting letters.
This was my first output -- and I actually thought it was beautiful back then! *Excuse the beer*
I had a love-hate relationship with watercolor lettering for quite a while but recently, I pushed myself to practice more and more. This is how I write letters now:
I still need a lot of practice and I still want to explore the full potential of watercolor + lettering. You see, nobody learns and gets better in a craft overnight. You have to make time and drive yourself towards improvement. Everybody starts somewhere, right?
Lettering and Calligraphy is fun but if you don't make time for it, you will not improve.
So, my only tip is this: KEEP WRITING! <3
